Google手機 - Android Kitkat

Android is the operating system that powers over 1 billion smartphones and tablets. Since these devices make our lives so sweet (the vender says), each Android version is named after a dessert: Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, and Jelly Bean. And now, Kitkat.

Last Monday, I had a dinner with my family at a Korean restaurant:

Tuesday morning, I took a flight back to New Jersey.

I took a connect flight at Denver.

I returned back to work this morning... ....

The pizza that we ordered was WORK. It had The pizza crust is chewy and the pizza smells good. But, I like their breads more. 

Chopstick - An Indian Chinese Restaurant

When I first had lunch in this restaurant, I thought, I was eating Indian food, or food from some other cultures... But, the waitress told me that I was eating Chinese food. Though I disagreed with her, the dish that I had there was great --- Singapore fired noodle.

This restaurant locates at 130, Dayton, NJ.

Not many customers there, so we could talk loud....

Lotus Restaurant, NJ

Today, I have lunch at Lotus Restaurant. It locates at 10 Schalks Crossing Rd, Plainsboro Township, NJ . As most other "Chinese Restaurants" close-by, it provides mainly Americanized-Chinese food. But, I found, it had a few dishes of traditional Chinese food in its lunch menu.

I ordered wonton soup and barbecue pork over rice:

Again, its wonton has no shrimp.

After lunch, I walked to McDonald for dessert.

I have chocolate Sunday and a drink as my dessert.

There are at least two China Star Restaurants in New Jersey.

I am not sure, if they are chain restaurants or individuals. I went to the one at Summerfield and had a lunch there yesterday:

I won't say the foods there are great, but the foods there are not greasy, and do not contain excessive amount of the soy sauce. Soy sauce (also called soya sauce) is a condiment made from a fermented paste of boiled soybeans, roasted grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds. After fermentation, the paste is pressed, producing a liquid, which is the soy sauce, and a solid byproduct, which is often used as animal feed. Soy sauce is a traditional ingredient in East and Southeast Asian cuisines, where it is used in cooking and as a condiment. Soy sauce is delicious, but it contains salts. I am at the edge of metabolic syndrome, it is better for me to avoid excessive amounts of soy sauce and fat.

If you pick vegetables as the main dish for the meal, the calories, salt and fat contents of your meal should be low. By the way, the wontons there do not contain shrimp!
